This is the workbook that goes with Self Matters. The book that I have has both the book and the workbook included, and I could not find that book anywhere online, so I am reviewing them separately.
This workbook takes a very detailed look at who you are. There are some very deep questions that will get down to your core and dig up things you may have buried. It's designed to help you get back to who you really are inside, not some version of yourself.
You will be taking a big look at your past and the moments, choices and people that led you to where you are today. This program takes time, energy and a lot of honesty. I did this with honesty and found myself a little shocked at some of the things I found. Painful memories will be dug up here, but if you go through it to the end, it can be very beneficial.
