She’s back home in Montana, ready to start fresh. She’s got a long list of amends to make and relationships to rebuild, including one with the man who has owned her heart for sixteen years...

HOLY FREAKING SWOOOOOOON!! This was one of the best books I've read all year! It was pure alpha romance perfection with a strong, feisty heroine, a swoon-worthy cowboy hero, and an utterly gorgeous love story!! I've loved every book Devney Perry has written and this was another top favorite! It w

The heroine was a b*tch, I don't have a problem with b*tchy heroines but when one bullies another person then I do have a problem.

She bullied a girl because the girl had curves please I don't give sh*t that she was a high school girl... She should have known better.

She also cheated on her high school boyfriend with the hero and don't use the excuse that she broke with him because the boyfriend certainly doesn't even remember that she broke up with him when he was unconscious.. so I don't consid
This series is one of my top faves of small town romance! This Jamison Valley series takes place in a town in Montana, and I am hooked on all the characters lives in each book! The Lucky Heart is the third instalment; and is about Silas and Felicity who are both long time residents of the small town. They have a ton of history- not all good; but luckily they are both given a second chance to give love another shot. Will they be able to move on from the past; or will their love be doomed again?

An easy listening experience too...

The narrators do an excellent job of bringing The Lucky Heart to life. I really enjoyed reading this one and the audio was as good if not better. I will definitely be listening to more from the Jamison Valley series in the future.

An easy series to settle into.

Some books/authors/series are really easy to settle into. Whether it be the style of writing, characters or the setting, you just feel like every time you return, it’s like coming home. Sometimes

I really want to like this series, but I think it's time I give up. This one was just okay, but mostly forgettable. Felicity wasn't a nice person in high school and her boyfriend ended up getting mixed up in drugs. Felicity always blamed herself, so when he dies because of the bad crowd he was a part of after they broke up, Felicity can't forgive herself. Felicity decides to come home to their small town and sees Silas, a guy from her past. Silas was always there for her and they definitely had ...more

"Silas, you love that place."
"Felicity, I love you more."

This is a two POV book, told by the POV´s of Felicity and Silas.

I loved Felicity as a FMC, she really worked through her mistakes and her flaws and I kind of liked that this was a book about the woman leaving and coming back and not the man. I loved the snark and the bite she had to her and that she didn´t let people walk all over her. I loved Felicitys and Silas chemistry and I loved the tension, this book has more friends t

I have to admit I was worried about getting Felicity's story. She makes a brief appearance in book one and it wasn't a favorable appearance. I wasn't sure how the author was going to get me to like her after that. On top of that, I loved Sila's character so I was already thinking he deserved someone better.

What I learned is that I never should have doubted Devney Perry. When it came time to Felicity and Sila's story, Felicity was on the road to self improvement and forgiveness. I can actually r

I enjoyed The Lucky Heart it is a second chance at romance for Felicity and Silas who as teenagers had secretly crushed on each other.

Felicity has come home to Prescott to re-connect with her family and friends and to make amends with the people she was mean to. It is not easy for her she feels like an outsider and she still feels guilty for what she did to Wes.

Silas is determined to make Felicity his but first they have to become friends before they get serious as they have already done the ang

Some stories are written with so much heart, they leave you in the kind of happy daze that makes you cling onto every last remnant of it for as long as you can, and every one of Devney Perry’s novels to date has made me feel that way. But this book—this delightful, feel-good, at times incredibly moving tale of second chances—owned my heart cover to cover. There’s something about small town romances that never fails to strike a chord with

One day soon, Silas will fully take over the reigns of The Lucky Heart from his father. However, the transition has had a few bumps in the road as father and son don’t always see eye to eye. Silas is ex military and has had a crush on Felicity since high school. She is the girl he has never been able to forget. “When Felicity

Again, I am a bit disappointed. I was expecting more from Miss Perry. On the other hand, I finished the whole series. I can say the whole series is more mild and less drama.

The Lucky Heart is a story between Silas and Felicity. This is more second chance romance. Silas has been holding out a candle for Felicity since they were growing up. When Felicity ex got killed, they rekindle their romance.

The story is easily enjoyable. I just need more drama into it.

Devney burst onto the scene with The Coppersmith Farmhouse and as a debut book it was good very good, then came The Clover Chapel and I was like ok can it get better and why yes it did it did indeed I was absolutely blown away. Now here we are with The Lucky Heart and I'm completely speechless I just have no words to say how amazingly good this book was the words just flowed effortlessly with the right amount of everything drama, angst, love they just that perfect!!!!

You know those books that leave you feeling completely fulfilled when you finished them? The ones that leave strong impressions in your mind? And the ones that make your heart ache and pitter patter with love and butterflies all at the same time? This is that book. But to be more accurate, these feelings encompass the entire series. It's been a while since I have been able to stay on with a series. Normally I get a little bored and stop

The Lucky Heart is one of those heartfelt stories that are hard to forget. It's a story of loss, grief, forgiveness, and a second chance at love.

If you read the series in order you would have met both Silas and Felicity in The Coppersmith Farmhouse. Felicity is Jess's younger sister and she's introduced as stuck-up and kind of snobbish upon her first appearance. That alone made me not really like her to be honest, but as I read her story and saw her layers I realized she uses

The Lucky Heart is the third book in the Jamison Valley series and also another treasured find in the Audible Romance Package. I dearly love the narrators that this author chose for these books, especially Ava Erickson, her voice is truly wonderful for these books and I love the way she just pulls you into these books. The Lucky Heart features Silas and Felicity. I will admit I approached this book with lots of apprehension because the hero

SOOOO sweet and hot!!! I ADORE second-chance romances and 'The Lucky Heart' is a PERFECT example of this genre done right!! Devney Perry has become an auto-read author for me. I love her blend of sweet, sexy, Alphas and compulsively readable storylines with a bit of suspense thrown in.

Felicity has been running away for a long time. She ran away from the one place she called home to get away from her drug addict ex-boyfriend, Wes and Silas, possibly the only man she has ever loved. Oh my lucky-swoony heart!! Devney just excels at writing Montana Stories that are filled with crisp mountainous air, small town charm and soft simple love stories that require no extra frills or embellishments to make them impactful.
Straightforward sentiments coupled with earthy characters have always been my favorite from her.
This one was a clash between city and country, a father holding son's future hostage while his heart pulled him towards his old flame.

I loved this book! I'm super picky about second-chance romance but this one was perfect. Silas and Felicity had a lot of obstacles in the way before they could be together - a lot of old hurts that needed to healed and a past they needed to forgive. This was an emotional roller coaster with wonderful characters who had a deep romantic connection and fantastic chemistry. Silas is one very sexy rancher and that made for some great steamy scenes. Felicity Cleary has come home to Prescott, Montana after living in Seattle for sixteen years. She's only been home a handful of times in the past two years and had avoided it all the years before that. But when she does come home she seems to always have a hot hook-up with Silas Grant.

These two have history and some of it is not pleasant. There were betrayals, misunderstandings, and broken hearts that sent them both running in opposite directions and their story is all wrapped up in lo

What I loved most about this installment to the Jamison Valley series was the connections of family through loss and years of absence, the love between people that sticks for decades of time, and abounding friendship. Wow! I loved this book! Each book of this series has just gotten better, the characters richer, the romance sweeter.

I was initially uncertain about Felicity. She was somewhat of a bully in high school, a rebel and was definitely not what one would consider the sweet girl next door. She’s got a lot of history in Prescott and she left it far behind sixteen years ago. Unfortunately, time has not erased those memories and her too infrequent visits have only added to her less than stellar re

Loved, loved, loved this! Such an amazing story filled with so much emotion. There were so many wonderful characters and great moments. I couldn't read it fast enough!

I loved every single thing about Silas and Felicity. There was so much tension between the two and I loved learning the why of it all. They could be like fire and ice but when they start to open up and let their guard down it's pretty amazing. Silas and Felicity had a wonderful history that was both sweet and heartbreaking and it w

This was a wonderful continuation into the story of the Jamison Valley community! This story chronicled Felicity and Silas. These two had a past, but it had been a mystery to us prior as to what had happened. We got to know and understand these two, and how their earlier choices had affected them, while they got to know each other again after sixteen years apart.

We also got to catch up with some other favorites in Jamison Valley! I can't wait for the next installment with Beau and Sabrina, and
