Trevor Willis, an FBI consultant, has a huge target on his back. Having put one of the most powerful heroin dealers in the country behind bars, Trevor has the dealer’s father—drug lord Don Francisco Morales—after him and pretty much anyone he’s ever said “hi” to. This clean, romantic suspense is full of action. While Code Name Scorpion can stand alone, it features many of the same characters that were introduced in A Strand of Doubt. I wish I had read them closer together, since it took me some time to remember the characters and their backstories. Trevor Willis is falling for his assistant Dani when a complication with one of the cases he helped the FBI crack leads them on a race to recapture the Scorpion before he can execute his revenge on Trevor. Good clean suspense

I really enjoyed this book. It had plenty of edge of your seat action with some funny parts and of course the love story. I always appreciate finding an author that keeps the entire book clean. No language and no sex in this one. I will definitely be reading more of hers.

I really enjoyed this book. Well written and researched enough that it's believable. Sweet love story and I love the faith base of the story. Well done!

Romantic Suspense

Great romantic suspense with twists and turns, once the author got past introducing the main characters and spending time developing a sense of endearment for the little girl Ady, the main characters found themselves moving at a fast pace from Washington to Arizona to Mexico. At that point the author kept the suspense high with all the action. A sweet romance conclusion.
