I saw David Six’s tweet about his book, and I was in the mood for a suspense novel – right time, right place, you could say. So I surfed over to Amazon and downloaded his book: The Time it Takes to Blink.

David Six has written a novel, In the Time it Takes to Blink, which will delight readers who focus on the clever use of language to tell an engrossing tale. No pun intended with the use of a word that contains “gross.” There are elements that could be considered gross and NSFW. This book is sick. It could have been so much better. Who wants reread about a mother and son ?? And the eye brow description was so overdone. Bad book.

Who wants to read about a mother and son. The eye brow description was silly, over done. Bad book don't bother.

Everyone is afraid of something.

Maybe it's that flash of movement you are sure you saw from the corner of your eye just a second ago, but when you turned, nothing was there. Maybe it's the new noise in your house that you tell yourself is just the joists settling. Maybe it's your neighbor who seems friendly and convivial, but there is something just a bit off about them.
