I bought this from a friend who was selling her books, right in time for a screenwriting class in film school. This was more modern and less clinical in nature than the other film and scriptwriting books. While most of the texts we read at the time were very technical ones and focused on the structure, I appreciated how this book had a more creative tone which also allows the writer and the reader to scope one's writing style and adjust the requirement for scriptwriting on film and television.
