The first chapter of this was great, Feldenkrais is so interesting to me and I think very helpful for fibromyalgia, maybe. This book seems to be specifically for Feldenkrais practitioners working one-on-one with clients, which is called Functional Integration. The group classes are called Awareness-Through-Movement, and it seems like this book skips through all the basics and just covers Functional Integration.

The lower rating is simply because this book is not really meant for the average person, but rather for someone who works in some area of physical therapy. Does provide basic graphics and basic information, helpful to someone simply wanting to understand what Feldenkrais is about.
