Just finished reading. It's not a big book, not an epic story. It probably qualifies as a cosy mystery, well worth reading, if you are looking to lift your spirit.

Warm, nice and makes you believe there is still goodness in people. And funny - in a warm funny way, not sarcastic or dark. But - at the same time there are a real kidnapping, International Awards and Bishop dancing salsa on TV and - overall - a heap of nunpegs. :D

Highly recommended for these who are looking for a cozy afternoon read

Once I got used to this, though, I was hooked. This book was absolutely charming, warm, funny and a great book to read to thoroughly relax and unwind at the end of the day. The characters were lovable and unique in their own quirky ways, I will be happily passing this to my friends/family to read and look forward to reading more books by Fran ...more
