This was not at all what I expected from a rocker book. It was a pleasant surprise. Sam is coming off tour and he fears he is turning into an alcoholic. He has his manager find a remote place for him to stay for a couple months to get himself back into shape and to write the next album he is in contract for.

Faith is a widow and single mom who took a chance and bought a bed and breakfast that also has cabins on the property. This way she can raise her daughter close to her while working. This so

This was quite a sweet romance! I liked it quite a bit and plowed through it! It was so readable and fun! I loved the characters and the whole set up. A rockstar and a small town girl ... yes, please! I love that trope! Faith and Sam were a great couple from the start and I loved watching them come together. I especially like that Faith was such a wonderful mother and a strong person in her own right. Sometimes in romance, the female can seem all 'save me' so I enjoyed that Faith was portrayed a ...more

Aaawwwww. I really liked this. Still swooning.
A yummy Rock Star hero, a bunch of amazing supportive characters, adorable dogs, funny kids and a sizzling low-angst romance make for a beautiful feel-good read full of heart, laughs and Southern charm.
It wasn't until she was halfway up the stairs that she heard him move. He let out a curse as he banged against something and she smiled again because she was the reason he'd lost his usual grace. She might have stretch marks and a twenty-dollar haircu

The rock-star romance sub-genre is generally not my thing. They all seem to follow the same tried and tested template of sex, drugs and rock n roll followed by redemption or insta-love but Storming the Castle is not like the others. Sure it has the burned out rock-star trying to out run fame, alcohol and his inability to conjure up a new album, but it has so much more than the typical rocker book and it is all due to the beautiful characterisation of the

Storming the Castle is a quick, fun, smart, sexy “rocker in hiding” read!

Sam and Faith have such chemistry that it's palpable. From the first day, Sam’s seen the beauty and intelligence in Faith’s actions and body, and he’s fighting his desires to make her his.

Faith has put her daughter first in every aspect of her life—until she finds that she can’t hold back her feelings for Sam any longer.

I really loved these two characters individually and as a whole. Loved that they were smart in resolvi

I really liked this book. A rockstar on his way down the tube with his drinking and he recognizes he's going to hit bottom soon enough, so he decided to pull out, clean himself up and find his muse again.
And it isn't going to happen in rehab. He has his manager find him a secluded place in the middle of nowhere which happens to be in Georgia, his manager books him there for 2 months, pays ahead, sends along a list of what are needs right down to the fancy coffee beans he uses and strict orders h

Take one grumpy, burnt-out rock star, add a hard-working single mother, place in a remote woodland setting and throw in a cute child and an adorable bear-dog. Mix vigorously with a hint of family drama and you get this romantic tale that I enjoyed immensely.

It's more of a small town romance than a rocker story, so adjust your expectations accordingly, because it’s all kind of sweet and good, with people who work hard and support each other, rather than taking whatever advantages they can. Sam is

His over reliance on alcohol leads him to take steps to recuperate and recharge his batteries away from the spotlight. Storming the Castle with its beautiful cover is a sweet heartwarming story. It's low-angst small town romance is a feel good read. The story line between Sam and Faith was the the fairy tale romance Rock Star seeks out quite time and falls for the country girl. And to be honest i would have preferred it to stay just as that. Storming the Castle is an enjoyable read!

You will truly come to fall in love with both Faith and Sam.
They both have past baggage, Faith still so due to family stuff that has her reeling....... but between that and everything else, they find a way to create a bond you'll enjoy to watch!

If you're looking for a wonderful romance book where the heroine who has a heart of gold could possibly fall for a jaded rock bad boy....... this is the story for you!!!

3.5 stars from me.

I asked for a copy of this book on Netgallery because the book blurb sounded interesting. It wasn’t until I was halfway through the ebook, when I looked on Goodreads and found it wasn’t the first book in a series of books. I was provided a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest and fair review. This book tells the story of Sam Castleton and Faith Adams. Sam is a famous singer who is going through the cliche rich guy crisis after becoming disillusioned with his rock-and-roll lifestyle. This is especially frustrating for him since he can't seem to write any new music, which means no new album for the record label. So Sam's manager arranges for him to spend a couple of months in a cabin in the woods of Dale ...more

Sam Castleton is worried that he has a drinking problem and can't seem to write any songs for his upcoming album. So, he's decided to go completely off the radar in order to get his head on straight. Arriving in Dale, Georgia makes him feel better than he has in a while, especially once he meets single mother, Faith Adams. But Sam is only going to be in town for two months, there's no possible way he could start something with her. However, the more time Sam spends with Faith, the more he wants

Sam Castleton is one of America's greatest rock musicians, and he's completely lost himself in the rockstar lifestyle. Terrified that he's well on his way to alcoholism, and in an attempt to get his muse back, he checks himself into an out of the way hunting lodge/bed and breakfast for some peace and quiet.

The bed and breakfast is run by Faith Adams, a young single mother doing the best she can. Her husband died before she even knew that she was pregnant, so she's used to doing things on her own

Sam Castleton is best known as Sam Castle hot rocker at least for the last twelve years. Of which, most have all become a blur lately. The last few years his tour schedule has been brutal to the point that he can’t figure out what city, town or country he’s waking up in.
Forget about what he did the night before and who he did it with. Women were in and out of his life models, actress, waitress, and nurses. His last girlfriend was a crazy model he was glad to be rid of but once again she was tr

This was the first book I’ve read by this author and I really enjoyed it!

The book was totally different than what I was expecting as the hero is a rockstar.

First, the setting is in country Georgia in a little town called Dale. The town only has about 500 inhabitants so you can imagine the dynamics between the characters.

Sam Castle has a massive case of writer’s block and is contracted to produce another album. He’s just finished the last show of his tour and wakes to find that he can’t

Sam Castleton has everything that he always thought he wanted, fame, money, houses all over the world, and any woman he wants. But suddenly, he finds that none of it is making him happy, as he stays drunk most of the time, and cannot write a new album to save his life. So he gets his manager to put him somewhere where he can get his head on straight, and Dale, Georgia seems perfect. Faith Adams is a widowed, single mother working hard to provide her daughter a good life. So when the new stranger ...more

Small town, opposites attract, romance between a rockstar and single mom.

Storming the Castle by Arianna Hart was my first read by this author but I really enjoyed this small town romance between a rockstar and a single mom. Nice read, but I didn’t love is as much as I wanted.

We have Faith and Sam. Faith has had a lot of tough times, but now that her life is more stable, she’s happy with her job and raising her daughter. But after meeting Sam, she realizes that maybe she needed a little more after all.

The story mostly focuses on Faith and her everyday life, which wasn’t much appealing to me, to be honest. I felt there were scenes with a lot of details that I had no interest in, and sometimes the story moved rather s

Sam really needed some time to himself to recharge and evaluate his life. His rocker lifestyle has started to take a toll and he’s moving ever closer to being a horrible cliché. A cabin in the middle of nowhere, isolation, and a chance to get his head on straight is all he wants. But he doesn’t count on his sexy landlord.

Faith leads a very quiet life and is happy that way. Her newest tenant may have some strange requests (and come across as a grump) but she could use the money. Especially as thi

Arianna Hart enjoys spending time with her family, reading anything she can get her hands on, and of course writing! She’d love to spend her days on a beach with a drink in one hand and a book in the other, but until she wins the lottery she’ll just have to settle for chasing her girls around the pool.
