This is an awesome little seafood cookbook it’s four hundred pages but very small and small pictures and small writing otherwise it would of got five stars has everything you could need starters has recipes for whitebait,sardines,prawns,oysters,salmon cooked , smoked,raw, pickled, scallops, fish cakes shellfish , everyday has seared tuna John Dory with tractor sauce , blackened snapper, swordfish ,trout,fish pies, baked fried , Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Australian, American, French , African fish pie, winter fish and seafood dishes , soups ,stews fish curry s all made from scratch without pastes taste amazing a Brazilian seafood stew , Thai, fish curry’s , Russian fish soups, Japanese scallops and noodle soup, Caribbean fish soup, chowders, summer has bbq salmon cutlets, whole bbq fish with ginger , bugs with sweet cider sauce , tuna kebabs,bbq squid with picada dressing .beer battered fish ,sweet and sour fish .than it has a fish plus ;which is your spaghetti vongoles ,prawn ravioli,risottos ,lasagne your seafood paellas and your marinaras ect they then have a flash fish section that has some of my favourite recipes out of the book chilli mudcrabs , stir fried squid flowers , Moroccan stuffed sardines, Cantonese steamed fish this book really has a great variety of different seafood recipes, absolutely totally recommend
