Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers features a group of fun, flirty, and emotional friends who gather each summer at their Cape Cod cottages. They’re sassy, flawed, and so easy to relate to, you’ll be begging to enter their circle of friends!

In SUNSETS at SEASIDE...
Jessica Ayers has lived a sheltered life with little more than cello lessons and practices taking up her day. Now a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, she escapes the prim and proper symphony to vacation in the Seaside community in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, to determine if she is living life to the fullest or missing it altogether.

For the first time since developing the second largest search engine in the world, billionaire Jamie Reed is taking the summer off. He plans to work from the Cape and spend time with his elderly grandmother—and falling in love is not in his plans.

From the moment Jamie and Jessica meet, the attraction is white-hot. Once-overly-focused Jamie can think of little else than sweet, smart, and alluring Jessica, and Jessica discovers a side of herself she never knew existed. But when Jamie’s business encounters trouble and his attorney and best friend intervenes, he proves that the brown-haired beauty is too distracting for Jamie. To make matters worse, it appears that Jessica might not be who she says she is, turning Jamie’s life—and his heart—upside down. In a world where personal information is always one click away, Jamie must decide if he should trust his heart or watch the woman he loves walk away.

What a heartwarming, sweet and entertaining read Sunsets at Seaside turned out to be.
I loved watching Jamie and Jessica's relationship develop, they were sensitive, caring, passionate characters who found their soulmate in each other.
These two made me swoon and smile so many times, I didn't want this book to end.

Sunsets at Seaside was indeed a romance story between the main characters but it also had other elements that elevated it to something more. It showcased several different types of relationships that were woven throughout this story and I loved that. Some relationships were not perfect but they worked. I especially enjoyed the conflict between Jamie and his best friend. It created great tension but did not run the course that I had anticipated. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and recommend to all romance readers.

This review is based on a complimentary book I received from Lola's Blog Tours. It is an honest and voluntary review. The complimentary receipt of it in no way affected my review or rating.

I've won this book at a giveaway and I'm very happy with it. Because of the hot weather here in Belgium I really wanted to start reading this book, and I'm very happy I did that! This books started funny and that made me smile a lot (my sister watched me like I'm crazy). When continue I remarked I was enjoying the story so much! I loved the characters, they were so sweet. Jessica and Jamie were amazing protagonists and they both have won a place in my heart. The romance in this book was so adorable and I absolutely liked it! Just like Jessica, I also fell in love with Jamie. The ending of this story was so great and I really want to know what happens next. I'm sure I'm also going to read the other books at this series. ❤

In an unsuccessful online bidding, Jessica Ayers threw her phone from her cottage and hit Jamie Reed's head in the process.

And then the computer geek met the musician who hated technology. Two extreme opposites, the man who belonged to the world wide web with just one click and the woman whose name couldn't even be found on Facebook. But when their hearts talked, their minds followed and their lips kissed like there was no tomorrow.

I met Jamie Reed on the first few books of the Seaside series. I thought he was super geeky and nerdy and didn't know how to have fun. And then Jessica Ayers happened and he turned out not so bad after all. What she and Jessica had was sweet, passionate and full of love, but every love story has an ugly part, and that part really made me sad for the both of them.

I also got a glimpse of the Seaside sisters' respective relationships and it was really nice to catch up with them. Their chunky-dunking sessions never fail to amuse me. I would love to be part of their clique and join them in their pranks and adventures!

Sunsets at Seaside had been another interestingly striking romance by Addison Cole and every book in the series keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what lies ahead for darling Amy and the rest of the Seaside community!

Before reading this story please read the below books first
Read, Write, Love at Seaside (Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers, #1)
Dreaming at Seaside (Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers #2)
Hearts at Seaside (Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers #3)

This is Jessica and Jamie’s story. Jessica is on vacation to find out what she wants to do with her life. Does she want something more than the life she has been living? Jamie is taking the summer off and spending time with his grandmother. They meet after Jessica gets frustrated with her phone and throws it only to have it hit Jamie. As they spend time together they are both drawn to each other. When Jamie is told Jessica is not who she seems and does not work where she states she does he is crushed. He pushes her away. After realizing he might have pushed her away but can’t live without her can he win her back? Does she want him after the things his lawyer has told her about him?

Jamie is sweet and funny. Jessica is strong and funny. The story was full of sweet moments. I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

This was such a cute, heart warming book. It was very romantic. But if your looking for steamy sex scenes, look somewhere else. There's no explicit sex scenes or harsh language. Not that it wasn't passionate and you didn't get wrapped up in the romance, because you really did. Jamie and Jessica were both really great characters and I really loved reading about them falling in love. There were lots of swoon worthy moments. The side characters were all awesome. I loved everyone of them!! I was excited to find out that this is the fourth book in a series called Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers Series. And the other books deal with the different characters in the book!! I need to read them all!! The first book in the series is free to download on Amazon!! :)

This was one of those light easy to read romances with not too much drama. Some of my favorite kinds. Plus the beach, who doesn’t love a romance at the beach? Jamie and Jessica was uber cute together. Their chemistry was great! Jessica was so innocent with just enough Sass. Jamie really wanted to know her, the real her. The irony on this one was great. Jessica loathed technology and guess what Jamie did. Of course a technology guru in his one right. Jamie was seriously so cute, the way he cared for his grandma and the way that he cared for Jessica was so cute I couldn’t get over the cuteness.

This is Book #4 'Sunsets At Seaside', another great book in the Seaside Summers Series. These books are all the sweet version of Melissa Foster's Seaside Summers Series. So if you are looking for Sweet With Heat Contemporary Romance Reads, (These can be read as stand alones or the whole series read in order to follow along with the going ons of the Seaside Girls) then this is the series for you.)
This story is about Jessica (A Cellist for The Boston Symphony Orchestra, who has been playing cello since the age of six) who is a bit socially awkward, shy and sensitive. Jamie a Multi-Millionaire who invented OneClick. (A Search Engine that rivals Google.) Jessica vacations at The Cape for a break from her career and to figure out what she wants to do with her life. Jamie is there to take a well deserved break from his company and spend time with his Grandmother Vera. (Who also plays a String Instrument.)
This book is fun from the way they meet in the beginning of the book, to the end. (With a little help from Bella (The Prankster Girl) along the way.) All the girls are in the book in some way or another and they are all the same fun group they have been from the beginning.
Will Jamie and Jessica find their true love this summer? Will they make decisions about their careers? Come on over to The Cape and see for yourself.
The 1st book of this series is a #Free Kindle Book on Amazon. There is also a preview of the next book Secrets At Seaside at the end of this book.
I was given a copy through Beck Valley Book Tours. I was not compensated for this review, nor was I asked to give a positive review. This review is my opinions of this book.

Sunsets at Seaside by Addison Cole is the fourth book in her Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series but despite being part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. However, I would recommend that you read the books in order so you understand the characters better.

This is Jamie Reed and Jessica Ayers' story. We met Jamie in the previous book and he came out as a kind, reliable, geeky nerd who has designed a software rivaling Google and who loves his grandmother so much that he spends his holidays with her! I had been eager to read his story and I enjoyed this book.

Jessica is a professional musician and on vacation here in the Seaside community in Wellfleet, Massachusetts.

I enjoyed the encounters between Jessica and Jamie but at some places felt a bit uncomfortable too. This book claims to be a clean read and despite not having any explicit scenes, the tease and the innuendoes make this book and series not completely in the clean romance genre.

I enjoyed meeting Amy, Bella, Jenna and Leanna along with their mates and several other characters from the previous books. It is always vacation season in the Seaside community and every time I read these books, I feel like I am there on vacation myself.

The story is slow paced as compared to the previous books and the romance believable. I loved Jamie and Jessica and they deserve to be happy.

All in all, Sunsets at Seaside by Addison Cole is entertaining and though not as stirring as the other books in this series, it will definitely make you feel on vacation. 4 stars out of 5 to it and recommended to romance readers. If you are looking from strictly clean and wholesome romances then this book and series is not for you.

I received an ARC from the author and the tour organizers and I am very thankful to them. The above is my honest and unbiased opinion and in no way influenced.

Hopefully you are already familiar with the Seaside Summers series, and if you are then you know about cute Jamie that stays with his grandmother Vera while vacationing in Wellfleet each summer. Jamie is brilliant, successful, loaded, and very easy on the eye. Luckily for Jamie, a talented and beautiful cellist named Jessica decides to take some time away from the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and finds herself staying next door to Jamie and Vera for the summer. Between Jamie's business problems and Jessica's secrets, they are tested despite their instant chemistry.

I really enjoyed Sunsets at Seaside and watched the natural progression of things between Jessica and Jamie. Jessica has led a very sheltered life spending the majority of her time playing the cello, therefore, she has missed on out on a lot of the experiences usually synonymous with adolescence and young adulthood. The blend of her innocence and need to experience life made her such a likable and realistic character. I already loved Jamie based on the previous novels in this series, and grew to love him even more this time around. Although I despised Jamie's best friend and business partner, he definitely added to the conflict and suspense of the story, making me wonder and stress about whether or not Jamie and Jessica would find their happily ever after!

Like the other novels in the series, Sunsets at Seaside brings the reader romance, humor, challenges, friendship, and so much more! Addison Cole continues to amaze me with this addictive series full of incredible characters. There is plenty of romance and chemistry without things being too graphic, there is romance, and you will not want to put this one down!

How ironic is it that this couple meets over the very thing that Jamie is trying to escape from for a Summer? Technology! Jessica is an overworked and stressed professional cellist who is planning on spending the Summer deciding if it's hers or her mother's dream that she is fulfilling. Neither one plans on starting a love affair; however, fate takes over regardless of what we have planned!

Jamie is sweet man who loves his grandmother and wants to spend time with her. Talk about a heart melting and exploding at the same time! He's a self-made billionaire because of his computer skills but he remains humble. Jessica has had to live up to her mother's standards and constantly puts on a performance - but it's not who she truly is.

Love whisks the pair into a sweet romance whirlwind and just like the Summer, all good things must come to an end. But is it for good? Jessica's identity is mistaken and Jamie questions if she's worth the risk of everything he's worked so hard for over the years.

Addison's Sunsets at Seaside will have you smiling, crying sweet tears, and your cheeks turning pink from the sweet heat she's created. It's very tastefully written and perfect for those who enjoy a softer touch to their romance stories. The secondary characters compliment one another very well and give you just enough to know that you want to read their story!

Sunsets at Seaside by Addison Cole was such a heartwarming read full of romance and humor. I liked the characters and the story. Though this is part of a series, I did not feel lost in the story.

Jessica Ayers needs a break. She has been sheltered most of her life, devoting all her time to the cello. As a member of the Boston symphony, her life revolves around practices and performances, but is this what she really wants? To make this decision, she decides a vacation is in order. I liked Jessica. She was shy, sweet and trying to figure out what she really wants.

Jamie Reed is taking some much-needed time off and spending it with his grandmother. A self-made billionaire and workaholic, technology rules his life. Jamie was one of the good guys. He was so sweet and loving and just so much fun, just what Jessica needed.

Jamie and Jessica feel such a strong and powerful connection when they meet, but neither is looking for love. Their lives are stressful and full of responsibilities, but some things you cannot control. And the more time they spend together, the more they fall, however, when life begins to interfere, will it be too much for them to survive?

I had so much fun reading this book. It was just such a sweet romance that also has me laughing. Two people meeting and falling for each other. I am definitely checking out the other books in the series!

Happy reading!

Insta-lust often precedes insta-love (or happens simultaneously). In Sunsets at Seaside, this is exactly what Jamie Reed and Jessica Ayers experience. Their physical draw starts with a physical interaction when she chucks her phone and it collides with Jamie's head. Introduction complete, Jessica immediately falls in with the ladies in Wellfleet, Massachusetts where she is renting a cottage and she and Jamie now have all kinds of opportunities to spend time together.

In the fourth of her Sweet with Head series, Addison Cole gives us an adorably quirky cellist Jessica matched with the sexy techie Jamie. Jessica is truly endearing. She's a bit of a loner, a bit sheltered and her inner dialogue reflects her bashful nature. It's hard not to just love her. And Jamie does so with abandon.

Jamie is a very charming young man and he's challenging his norm by prioritizing and putting the the people in his life at the top of the list. The two quickly fall into a rhythm spending most of their time together. It also doesn't take long for a little adversity to come along and when a well meaning friend sows some seeds of doubt, things between then get derailed.

The story is well paced and at 240 pages it's a quick read. Once again Addison Cole (aka Melissa Foster) provides readers with a great escape and the perfect beach read. Rain or shine, this is a heartwarming romance that I highly recommend.

Sunsets at Seaside (Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers) by Addison Cole

In the fourth installment of Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers, Addison Cole brings us Sunsets at Seaside. This is the story of Jessica Ayers, a cello player with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Jamie Reed, a billionaire developer of a world renowned internet search engine.

These two are both sweet people who have been looking for each other, even though they were both unaware. Jessica is a summer renter at Seaside and Jamie’s grandmother owns a home in Seaside. The first time Jamie met Jessica, she was throwing her phone out the window of her apartment and hit him on the head. Of course she wasn’t aiming for him (or anyone else) fate stepped in so that the two HAD to meet.

Even though Jessica wanted to spend the summer alone with her thoughts to contemplate her next move and Jamie wanted to spend the summer enjoying the time with his grandma, love steps in and conks them both on the head, when they least expected it.

But of course, no love story would be complete without a little complication. Jessica is offered the opportunity of a lifetime and Jamie’s business encounters a hiccup. Their new found love could have crumbled at the smallest bump, but in true Addison Cole form, love conquers all.

Sunsets at Seaside is one of my favorite Seaside books in the series. The settings are described beautifully, and I love the character interactions.

Jessica Ayers is a sweet and passionate woman. She feels much older than she truly is. Jessica wants to spend the summer learning more about herself and what she truly wants in life. I love Jessica's shyness and seeing her try new things with those at Seaside. The way Jessica first meets Jamie always puts a smile on my face when ever it gets mentioned.

Jamie Reed is the perfect boyfriend. He's patient, fun-loving, and family-oriented. I love how he treats his grandmother and wants to spend the summer with her. I love that Jamie is willing to take things at Jessica's speed. When things get rocky, Jamie can admit his faults.

Sunsets at Seaside is a very sweet read.

Sunsets at Seaside is such a fun, sweet summer read that I want to keep going back for more!

Jessica is spending the summer on Seaside and taking a break from her high pressure position at the Boston Symphony Orchestra and trying to make a decision about her future. Jamie is spending the entire summer with his grandmother for the first time in years, while they still have time together.

Jamie and Jessica hit it off right away and are in the sweetest new romance bubble, visiting with the Seaside group. Their romance is hot, touching and incredibly sweet. But then the real world (and Jamie's attorney) gets involved, and it's the end of their romantic respite.

Can they repair their broken relationship before it comes to the end? I definitely recommend reading this book, but you'll be disappointed if you don't read the whole series!

I am loving this Sweet with Heat series! These sweets reads are so refreshing to read after some not so sweet books.
Jessica brings the sweet to this book! While at times she seems very naive, I found it great that she was so aware of it herself and she was trying to learn and experience new things.
Jamie while having more life experience was naive in some ways as well, and maybe a bit too trusting. I think it was amazing that a man his age was so determined to spend positive time with his grandmother.
Jamie and Jessica seems to fit together so well. Jessica was really lucky that phone hit Jamie and not a different man, since most would have taken advantage of her naivety. Of course, like every great romance there has to be a few misunderstandings, and while I wasn't happy with how they handled them, they redeemed themselves quickly.
I am so read for the next book in this series, bring on the Secrets!

I have fallen right into all the Sweet with Heat books from Addison Cole. Each one focuses on one person in a group of friends I was already introduced to in previous books. Yet, I feel like I have been waiting for these stories for forever.

Set on Cape Cod - a place I have childhood memories of, I love reading about these friends who find their forever loves.

In this particular book, things switch up a bit as it is Jamie, one of the men, who is spending a summer on the Cape. In previous books, Jamie was too caught up in business to spend more than an occasional weekend with his friends on the Cape. This year, though, he is wanting to spend more time with his grandmother. In doing so, he meets Jessica. The sparks fly and Jamie starts ignoring work.

Unfortunately, Jessica is also a workaholic in her own right. She, though, cannot ignore when the symphony calls and she must return to Boston.

There are many obstacles for Jamie and Jessica to overcome but none are outrageous and they respond to these obstacles like friends of mine would.

I definitely recommend picking up Sunsets at Seaside and giving it a read.

I love it when a story starts with the characters not looking for love. I have always felt that love should start with not looking for it. It's possible that I think like this because my first love and my biggest love (aka my hubby) happened with me not looking for them. Maybe that is why out of all the books in this series that I have read, this one is my favorite.

In this story we meet Jessica and Jamie. Jessica plays for the Boston Symphony Orchestra and is in no way looking for love at the moment. Jamie is a complete workaholic who has no time nor want love at the moment. That's why when these two meet it's hard not to notice that instant attraction. I feel that this is a sweet story that any romantic at heart will enjoy. It's going to be hard to have another favorite although I'm sure Addison Cole's books will do the trick.

Jessica has taken time away from her classical life to find her way in life. Throughout her journey at the Cape, Jessica has found a circle of friends that are like sisters. She has even met a potential mate in Jamie.

Jamie is a hardworking self-made businessman and is taking time off to spend time his grandmother and enjoy the summer. After being hit by Jessica's property, he is in awe of her beauty and needs to know who this beautiful stranger is.

Jessica and Jamie's romance is one that is to envy; you meet a handsome or beautiful stranger, and there is instant attraction. Addision Cole always delivers a romance that tugs on your heart strings and builds your fantasy repertoire.

Jessica Ayers is a world famous cellist and a member of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, she decides to enjoy life a little and have a summer vacation in the Seaside community in Wellfleet, Massachusetts.

Jamie Reed is a millionaire and computer nerd who is having the summer with his grandmother at their cottage in Seaside. Jamie has lost his parents in a terrible accident in Africa when he was young and Vera is all he has in the world.

Summer and Seaside, what a great combination! The Seaside gang is at their best in this book. The pranks, Theresa, skinny dipping and the sweet romance of Jessica and Jamie you cannot have a better reading than this.

Jessica and Jamie are the sweetest couple, the way he dots for his grandmother and they share their love for music is so real.

Addison Cole's Seaside Summer series books are romantic, sweet and heartful.

Jessica is a private person who needs a break from her everyday life. She has a bit of an aversion to technology, preferring to exist in a smaller music filled world. She's on a mission to find herself, her true self, outside of the Orchestra world.

Jamie is back home for the summer with his Grandma Vera. Jamie is pretty much as opposite from Jessica as one can get. Not only does he live fully immersed in the world of technology, his livelihood depends on people using technology on a daily basis.

Neither is looking for love over the summer, but that doesn't mean love isn't looking for them!

Cole writes a sweet love story that makes me wish I could take a weekend vacation to the Cape. Friendly people, quaint shops, and a flea market! What more could I ask for on vacation?

I love listening to the Seaside books and catching up with the Seaside girls!

I love their friendship and tight knit group and listening to them falling in love.

Jessica and Jamie's audiobook is no different.

Jessica needs a break and rents a cottage by the beach to relax. Whilst there she meets Jamie in hilarious circumstances and she is mortified. Jamie on the other hand did not see the cell phone coming and the culprit has him intrigued.

Sparks fly as they fall in love and Jessica gains friendships that will last forever, her question is will her summer romance last forever too.

I loved this audiobook and cannot wait for more!!

What a beautiful fun and flirty book, I really enjoyed the 4th book to Addison Cole's Sweet with Heat books "Sunsets at Seaside". I found Jamie and Jessica to be such a beautiful couple. Then when they all came together it was just so much fun.

I really look forward to the next and have a thought it will be a favourite and go to book.

The best things about these books is I can lend to anyone and no be worried or afraid of what they will think. As they are sweet and not too heavy on the swearing or sex scenes. So happy now I can share my love for the Seaside books with friends!!!

I love Melissa Foster's book so when I saw she had an alter ego that did sweet romance, I had to give one of her books a go, because I am more a fan of sweeter romances.

Sunsets is part of a series, but is definitely a standalone novel.

This book is Jessica and Jamie's story, and though this isn't a hot and spicy romance. I loved the setting to this story as well as the characters. Addison creates believable strong characters that you really get attached to. Jess is a cellist and Jamie is a tech millionaire.

The setting is Cape Code. That alone gets a sigh from me.

The two characters are both workaholics in their own right, so they have a lot issues to get over before they can really find happiness.

I absolutely adored this book!

In this story we see Jessica Ayers who has rented the seaside cottage for the summer as she is on hiatus from the Boston Symphony Orchestra as a Cellist. While trying to bid on an item on EBay she loses the bid and inadverntently throws her phone over the side hitting hunky Jamie Reed in the head.
Jamie has been a regular to the seaside cottages at summer as his grandma Vera also stays for the summer, this summer he has decided to take a vacation from his business to spend time with Vera, but it leads to fun and frollicks with newcomer Jessica who doesn’t have a clue about technology and finds it hard to make friends as she has been very sheltered.
The four friends, make Jess welcome and she becomes their seaside sister, and the attraction between Jess and Jamie is also heating up but Jamie needed to focus on his business when trouble started to brew but he only had eyes for Jess.
I loved this side of the story and can’t wait to read the next instalment.

Oh Jamie and Jessica!! I love them! They are too cute for words. After reading this book, I was left with a nice warm tingly sensation of love! I really liked Jessica's innocence, however, I did find it a little unbelievable that a young 20-something wouldn't have much experience with eBay and relationships. Okay, relationships was pretty believable because not everyone is all about constantly needing to be in a relationship! I love love loved the chemistry between Jamie and Jessica! You could just feel it sizzling off the pages of Sunsets at Seaside!
