Not bad, and takes a broader view of the disease than many similar books, but makes the common mistake of contending that it has definitive answers on how most people can conquer it. Speaking from hard experience, this is nonsense; the CDC and current research have not even agreed on the exact cause, so the argument that the author is the one who knows the answer is specious. While there is some sound practical advice on healthy living, the only sure use of the book that I can recommend is that it may help people who think they might have the disorder ask more questions and take steps to find out if they have a diagnosable case of CFS or not.

I read this book after suffering with unexplained fatigue for 7 months. I found myself fascinated by the logic to which this author describes symptoms and possible explanations and follows with possible treatment options. His positive outlook on the use of Wellbutrin gave me the courage to ask my doctor about trying it for me. The results have been amazing! I can't thank this author enough for his thorough explanations and what might work to alleviate the symptoms!
