There aren't enough superlatives to describe this series of short stories. It is gorgeously written, and incredibly moving. All the stories stand on their own; when combined they create a lush, heartbreaking look at a family, a town, and a culture too often overlooked and swept aside. Such a brilliant book from such a talented author.
