I didn’t notice her before…but now I do.
The shiny strands of gold in her silky brown hair.
Tiny crinkles between her eyebrows when she frowns.
Her passion for neatness.

Once I focus on her, I can’t take my eyes from my newest obsession. Ever.
I need to know everything about her.
Her past. Her present.
The way she takes her coffee.
Exactly how she smells after a spritz of perfume

➦Final consensus:

➦Ok, so couple of things you need to know before you go into this one.

1. The hero is very obsessive and should probably publish a book on how to stalk a person.

2. The book has dark-ish undertones with abuse/rape, however, said abuse happens in flashbacks and NOT between the main characters.

3. Some of this stuff is very far-fetched but as long as you can accept

Prologue :

While reading the prologue I had no idea where the author was taking this story, but while reading it I knew there was some crucial information for the rest of the novel, it started with, Hawk and Bull Feb 24th 1990 on a mission to eliminate A traitor to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

Prologue ends with these sentences and well who can stop reading then?

I’m not even sure how to categorize this one. It was dark but at times I found it to be bizarre and a bit silly, but overall I absolutely had a great time reading it. This was one seriously naughty and decadent, guilty pleasure read. The story is over the top ridiculous but I do believe that is what the au

Gotta love the warning attached to this: “Notice is an edgy, dark, and unusual romance. Extreme sexual themes and violence in certain scenes, which could trigger emotional distress, are found in this story. If you are sensitive to dark themes, then this story is not for you. If you aren’t into super obsessive stalkers, then this story is not for you.”

NOTICE: is a standalone dark romance novel by K. Webster.

Hello, my name is Jessica, and I have serious psychological problems. I blame K. Webster for taking me, an already obviously sick human being, and making me even worse. The hero in Notice is a successful, attractive stalker. That last part would keep him from being appealing to most sane individuals, but does that one silly detail matter to me? Absolutely not! I will go as far as to say that it made me love him even more! When I read You by Caroline Kepnes, I thought Joe was the only s

LMAO. A satirical slant on the stalker OTT alpha and the damaged-needs-saving heroine. Obviously Webster never intended for the reader to actually take this seriously. Well played, KW, well played.

Unless I completely missed the point but, no matter, either way it's a solid 2.5 stars from me.

On my review, that is.

"One day, I'm going to fuck her mouth while she pees." - Gray

That quote alone should let you know that K. Webster has definitely brought the krazy to this intense standalone. And if you're new to this author, welcome to the madness!

When Violet handed in her two-weeks notice to her boss of six years, her very hot boss who didn't seem to even know of her existence in all that time, he finally starts paying attention. So much attention that, unbeknownst to Viole

I love the way K. Webster thinks and how she comes up with such unique and slightly disturbing plots. They are super interesting and my guilty pleasure. I know some might find me weird for saying this, but reading books where you get the feeling that you've read the same plot over and over is for me quite boring and tiring. But with K. Webster I know I'm in for something new and exciting. Yes, her stories usually include violence and abuse but that's also the part that makes her stories
Not as dark as i thought it would be. The first 100 pages were cute, entertaining. Just not my cup of tea.

Let me first point out that I liked some of the obsessive/stalker/psycho heroes portrayed in romance books because the writers made them attractive somehow, so sue me :) I really loved some of them hard (such as Vicious by L.J. Shen or The Bad Guy by Celia Aaron)

However, this book was by far the most ridiculous of them all. It says we have an obsessive hero and an abused heroine but it just doesn’t make sense at all. The hero’s obsession is beyond acceptable; it is borderline creepy and disgusti

Notice is an interesting story about a rich stalker and a woman who attracts stalkers.

Violet's previous boyfriend (another stalker) abused her in many ways. So she ran away from him and never told anyone where she was. She just wanted to start a new life away from her painful past.

For years, she worked for Grayson Maxwell, and he never noticed her. He literally couldn't multitask or pay attention to other things while he was closing deals at his company. So when Violet gi

I've been waiting this because of the freakin' blurb sounds promising. K Webster never ceased to amaze me with her skill to make me-come-to-dark-side. Honestly, the prologue worried me at first. I assumed from the male's POV that he will be the hero of the story then something bad happened to him.

So, wow...this book...I mean I think every single character in this book is mentally ill in one way or another. Even Bull who is the most normal one "helps" Gray with his stalking. And I mean uber WAY over the top stalking here. Of course, I loved that. What does that say about me?

Well, the idea of this story wasn’t something new, so I expected something special like her other works. But unfortunately the other books that I’ve read with this idea were better than this one. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed it but I liked it a little darker. But I must confess I lo
My expectations were high for this one, however it turned out a loooong version of an Alexa Riley book accompanied with "dark themed" flasbacks from the heroine's past.
There was nothing spectacular with the writing style, it was pretty simple. At times the book was lost even to itself about how to move and it lacked credibility, big time:

The 1/3 of the book was pretty good, the plot had so much potential but unfortunately the moment H and h have become sort of an "item", it started to drag and

Uh, yeah. Notice didn’t work for me—and for a number of reasons.

Because what the fresh hell did I just read?

Because it made zero sense for the hero to not have a single clue who the heroine was, what she looked like, or even what her job duties entailed. I mean, she only worked as his personal assistant for six years, fetched and personally delivered his coffee several times a day, and served refreshments at every single one of his monthly board meetings, where she was t

There's stalkers and there's STALKERS
And then there's Maxwell Gray !
He's on a whole new Galactic level of Stalking. He was a sniper , he locks on to a target and when it's in his crosshairs, ALL his senses hone in and he never misses.
His buddy, Bull, is his spotter. He has Max's back...always
Even when they ease into civilian life, their spotter/sniper brotherhood remains the same.
Max is generally in his own focused world of business , oblivious of everything around him.
Has just hyper focused.

I don't know how K Webster does it, but she always does it. What is it? She writes a wild and crazy story, that I shouldn't like. That should make me uncomfortable and run for the hills and I end up loving it. Sigh. I officially need help.

See there's this box that most romance books go into. It's a safe little box and sometimes authors reach their hands out of it and have a sort of "edgy" book. Well K Webster she jumped out of the box. Then she ran away. Then she f

Being the H a stalker I thought this would be a dark book. It wasn't. It was just erotica to me.
This is a story of a bunch of weird people. The only sane one was his friend Bull, the one I liked best. All the others were constantly horny, including people at the office where she worked. And nobody is actually constantly horny. Give your reprodotive orgarns a rest every once in a while.
Apart from this, the story followed quite a predictable pattern with a creepy epilogue.
