I'm honestly being nice with this rating. Some sections were useful and helpful. But others were just a lot of opinions without a lot of evidence. I think the yoga section was the best. If she made a book just about that it would be wonderful. Her descriptions on how to do the poses right were nice and concise. And the pictures of the poses were high quality.

Agree with most of reviews that the nutrition advice was dogmatic and lacked much evidence/science-backed foundation. I do respect Jesse’s commitment to trying to heal holistically but some of her practices (even today- like insisting that spending copious amts of time in the sun is what makes her skin look so young 😳) are dubious at best.
