This really sums up a lot of the issues surrounding eating a plant-based diet in a powerful way. It's about the health of our bodies, our communities, our planet...it's about compassion and moving forward with strength. I have been eating healthy vegan for a couple of months now and reading a lot of books about the various aspects of eating this way, and I was impressed by this book!
