This book is real and messy. It is not a guide about what to eat or how to eat (ok.. some of that is in there but it's not really the point). It is a real talk, get down and dirty, acknowledgement of where you are as a person with respect to food. It is more of a workbook than a "book", and I am certain that I will reread it as I make process in my food relationship. While an emotional experience, I am finding this text motivating and helpful.
