Short and sweet! 16 rules on how to build and maintain trust with others. Some great reminders for me on how to continue to build trust with people in the workplace.

Great little read with 16 simple rules how to be a great manager and build high trust work environment. Good thing - 16 rules were built on tons of data, so we should trust it. Not that good thing - 16 rules are kind of obvious (i.e. "to be a great boss you need to be great boss").

Though, it makes sense to go through the book to structure your knowledge and get a data based confirmation of "how to be a good boss" perception you already had.

A great overview of high-trust organizations and ‘rules’ that can help you achieve this. The information is succinct with explicit tips that be used immediately to start creating a more productive culture.
