some interesting recipes but they seem a little involved, not simplified for the home cook. i thought it was a general french cookbook but instead it is a personal family cookbook. very beautiful pictures

A nice new cookbook with numerous promising and interesting recipes. One problem with our short life spans is that there is just not enough time to eat and try new foods and recipes.
