Love these books. A perfect balance of adolescent coming of age in a Lovcraft world. Just really enjoyed every moment of this sequel that picks up right where book one left off. Looking forward to book 3!

Holy Crap!!

This is the 2nd in a trilogy and it's better then the first one.
Abby is trying to find her baby that was taken from her through a betrayal. Her friends try to help as much as possible but all of them are dealing with a lot of drama on the side. Captain Virginia is more powerful then anyone realized as she inadvertently starts a war with the plans she has made for Abby's baby. Will Abby get her baby back or will the upcoming war bring them all closer to death?

Much like film noir, Justin Robinson was born and raised in Los Angeles. He splits his time between editing comic books, writing prose and wondering what that disgusting smell is. Degrees in Anthropology and History prepared him for unemployment, but an obsession with horror fiction and a laundry list of phobias provided a more attractive option.
