A second-chance romance from USA Today bestseller Siobhan Davis. Standalone with HEA and no cliffhanger.

I knew it would end in disaster, but I didn’t listen to reason. I didn’t care. Because I loved him so much.
Kalvin Kennedy ruled my heart.
Until he destroyed it.
Shattered it so completely that I became someone else. Someone I loathed. Someone who repeatedly li

Get ready for the emotional upheaval, the gut-clenching revelations and the proof that just maybe dreams can come true, but it will certainly take more than the flick of a magic wand.

FIVE TRUE LOVE STARS for Lana and Kalvin 💖💖💖!!!

I don't know where to start.

Because I think I already said everything that I need to say in the first review for the "Kennedy Boys" series.

And my opinion didn't change a little bit.

Okay, I'm lying now.

Yes, my opinion changed but in a good way.

I always have high expectations of every new Siobhan's book and she always surprises me with it.

I loved.

I really loved and I'm still loving Faye and Kyler's story.

But, Lana and Kalvin are...

Loving Kalvin in the fourth book in the Kennedy Boys series, but it is the first book in the series to work as a standalone novel. Although you do not need to read the Kyler books (the first three books in the Kennedy Boys series), it will help you somewhat if you have read those books. The Kyler books will give you a lot more background into the characters and some of the details brought up in this story. However, the Kyler books contain a taboo romance that will not be for everyone. Should the ...more

Having previously read the other Kennedy Boys books, I couldn't wait to get started on Loving Kalvin. For fans of the series, you'll know about the history of Lana and Kalvin and like me, you're probably dying to know how all that turns out!

The book is written in dual POV, which I kind of love. I've read several books this way lately and I like getting two (or even three sometimes) points of view to see what multiple characters are thinking. I enjoy getting into their heads, so to speak. So, thi

In Loving Kalvin, we are transported to the Sunshine State where Kal and Lana are going to college. Even though there isn’t much of the Kennedy clan in this book, we get to meet new characters that quickly steal your heart, and I promise there is still plenty of drama, secrets, and lies that will make your jaw drop and keep your eyes glued to the pages.

We already have witnessed Kal’s growth as a character during the trial, but in Loving Kalvin, you get to see how often Kal’s newfound maturity i

"If you love someone, really love someone, you stand by them, even when they’ve screwed up. Especially then. You forgive them for their mistakes" ― Loving Kalvin by Siobhan Davis

This is such a beautiful romance. It’s about two soulmates finding their way back to each other. It’s about forgiveness, understanding and loyalty.

Kalvin and Lana have been soulmates since they were children and it grew stronger as they got older, until Kalvin's mother put a stop to them seeing each oth
There was no way I was gonna like this one, and it isn't the author's fault. I just hate Lana. I never could get over her shit. Maybe I could have if she didn't immediately up and screw him over all over again.

Loving Kalvin is the 4th book in Siobhan's The Kennedy Boys series. It is a standalone, however, if you want to understand the true meaning behind Kalvin and Lana's history, I would highly recommend reading the previous three books, which you do need to read in order.

Quick background:

Kalvin and Lana have known each other since they were two. But they were never on the same level in society's eyes. He was the rich boy and she was the daughter of the help. As they got older, Kalvin denied whatever

Kalvin Kennedy has only had one girl in his heart; Lana Taylor. When they bump into each other at the University of Florida, Kal knows he has to win her back. Lana still remembers the bittersweet moment when she wrote the letter to Kal asking him to leave her alone. When she seems him in Florida, she doesn't know what to do. Staying away doesn't feel like an option...

I've waited for AGES for Kalvin's story to be written since I've read about them in Finding Kyler.

And when it landed onto my Kindle. My first reaction was:

Of course, I dived into it right away.

And ended up:

It wasn't pretty. It was full fledged sobfest and ugly cry but I loved every second of it.

I have always favored Kalvin over the other Kennedy boys, despite his reputation as a playboy, it's his boyish charms and thoughtfulness that reeled me in. Like Lana, I was irrevoc

I was really lucky to read a beta copy of this book. This review, like all of mine, is spoiler free.

I was really excited for this book, because Kalvin is one of my favorite of the Kennedy boys. He's tied with Keaton, actually as my favorite Kennedy boy. I like how he always supported Faye and Ky, and that really endeared me to him, even if he was a lil bit of a playboy.

While I was never a big Lana fan, I was definitely open to the idea of them ending up together, mainly because I could tell fr

I don't like Lana, I started off not liking her, I finished not liking her. I didn't like anything about her. I didn't like her personality, her unwillingness to talk to him at the beginning, how very little she did to fight for him, the secrets she kept, I didn't like how weak she was, my own personal experiences made me dislike her immensely. Her whole situation, while some would think, yeah okay I can understand why she chose to keep that secret...NO. There's no way. The story that Brett told ...more

Wow this book was really good! It has a sweet and beautiful love story, but also deals with some tough topics. We met Lana and Kalvin in the first three books in this series and I always have been curious about their story. They just seemed so good together, but then things happened and I wasn't sure how they would get back from that. I loved that they get their second chance in this book and I am pretty sure it's my favorite book

This book started off really promising, but I had a really hard time moving past the big secret of the story. Honestly, what this lead character did was completely unforgivable and I just can't rationalize it. I get she was young, upset and made a huge mistake, but that kind of lie is a major No!

Unfortunately, this book was a miss for me.

The author gifted me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is my favorite Kennedy book of the series. I am quite shocked that it is considering how things were left between Kal and Lana in the Kyler books. I don't want to get all spoilery so I will just say this: What Lana did to Kal in a prior book was an absolute deal breaker for me. If I were Kal, I might be able to forgive her to give myself some peace, but I would never want anything to do with her a
I received an eARC of this book from the author. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of this review.

On starting Loving Kalvin by Siobhan Davis, I knew I was in for some heart ache. Having read the first part of The Kennedy Boys series, I knew Lana and Kal’s history and my heart already hurt for this pair. Something inherent was broken and I really didn’t know if it could be fixed. So I was anxious to begin and once I started I couldn’t set it down. Told in dual POV (which

I had not read the previous book in this series and I really don't think it is necessary the author gives enough background information to you won't be lost.
What happens when the boy/man you have loved all your life doesn't appear to love you too? And then hooks up with the family enemy? Lana accuses Kalvin of the unthinkable and then takes it back and runs away.
Lana is tying to start over. Her heart is broken but she is determined to begin again and put the trial behind her.

Kalvin and Lana grew up together and were best friends. In high school their relationship changed and their feelings were much deeper however neither was mature enough to handle how they felt for each other. Kalvin hurt Lana more than once and when she reached her breaking point she hurt him in the worst way possible. She knows that he would never be able to forgive her and why should he so she tells him to never contact her again and she leaves town.

Loving Kalvin was absolutely amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Kalvin made a lot of mistakes when it came to Lana. He hurt her repeatedly but when he lost her, his heart ached and he realised how much he loved her. Has he genuinely learnt from his mistakes?

Lana is determined to make a fresh start but when her past catches up with her present, she finds herself drowning with the guilt of h

Siobhan has done it yet again! I swear she can't write anything bad even if she tried!

this book follows Kalvin and Lana. I don't want to cause any spoilers but know it is full of emotional turmoil but with such a feel good ending you can't help but smile the whole time.

while this is the 4th book of a series it can be read as a standalone. some characters will make more sense if you do read the first 3 books though.

Loving Kalvin by Siobhan Davis- Kalvin was accused of raping his girlfriend, Lana, and is scheduled for court. Eleven months later they are both attending the same college and run into each other by accident. Lana is hiding something from Kalvin and she's reluctant to tell him about it. The story contains graphic language and graphic sexual content and fits in the new adult genre. The characters are more vulgar and arrogant than in the Kyler Kennedy books. Lana was a contradiction of confidence ...more

Kalvin!! OMG!! I knew he was a horn dog (the first book proved that), but I didn't know how fiercely he loved. From book one to now, it's like seeing a completely different guy. Kal went from cocky, to secretive, to hurt and lost, then to alpha male. WOW!!

Lana was essentially the girl next door. She grew up with Kal and his brothers. But she was closer to Kalvin. As they spent more time together and grew up, Lana felt something for Kal that was more than like. What she didn't know at the time, i

I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book and it was outstanding! I am pretty sure after reading this book I am in love with Kal! Lana made plenty of mistakes but you still end up liking her as well. This book can be a stand alone, but there are other books by Siobahn Davis that touch on their shared history, as well as their friends. I am looking forward to seeing more books out of this series. This book is very entertaining, be prepared to binge read! You won't want to

The fourth book in The Kennedy Boys series, Loving Kalvin is a touching friends-to-lovers second chance romance with an awesome mix of heartbreak, lies, consequences, secrets, forgiveness, betrayal, trust, loss, regrets, loyalty, guilt, hot chemistry, and love. It is overflowing with so many feels. As with all the books in this series, I loved being caught up in the characters Siobhan Davis creates.

I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.
