Clear and thorough. While I’ve slowly talked myself out of participating in any races in the near future, learning the process was very key to helping me make that decision.

This book is the authority on the subject for published texts. I have not seen the newer version. Information here matches to techniques seen on Youtube for racing in some major marathon races, such as upstream, shallow water, turning, popping, etc.
