Had this book for years and finally sat down and read it with the app. Love the story and art. The technology component is really innovative.

I had to give this story 5 stars simply because I hadn’t seen or read anything like it.

The slang was a bit corny, no one in the hood really talks like that, but otherwise very creative and different from the other graphic novels/comics I’ve read. The message was clear.

A star for the gold pages alone, it’s a beautiful book.

First of all, this is one of the most exquisitely designed books I have ever held in my hands. It's just a beauty to own, read and have on your shelf which is a big reason why I gave it a high rating. The story is also very fun, action packed, and quite relevant to the current political climate but in a very inspirational way, that teaches everyone a little something. For those looking for depth in a story and something "different" or more in a ground-beaking way, you won't find it here. The story is very linear and what some might call childish.
My personal negative criticism though would have to be about the art. It feels so uninspired and jarring. like someone just scribbling in a rush. A lot of the time I had no idea what I was looking at or had to stare for a while to understand what things look like. It's poor artwork in my opinion. The colours are great though, a little lazy in the actual colouring but the palette is spot on, giving the book and story its own unique feel.

Interesting story. With a literal deus ex machina!

The whole story was a bit of a metaphor. It was a really cool idea. But it was a bit heavy; I liked the concept, but it was a bit too much. It was too complicated. A bit too high concept. They tried to cram too much into too few panels - I hate it when the art is too busy and you have a hard time trying to figure out what’s going on.
