I may be slightly biased, as some of my flash fiction appears in this volume, but Mad Scientist Journal is one of my favorite speculative fiction magazines to read. The stories collected in this volume range from quirky and fun to eerie and heart-wrenching. If you enjoy soft SF written by thoughtful artists, I heartily recommend MSJ (especially this volume).
