Jane Yolen is a novelist, poet, fantasist, journalist, songwriter, storyteller, folklorist, and children’s book author who has written more than three hundred books. A variety of poems based on holidays throughout the year. The poems mostly are about Baby Bear but Papa Bear, Mama Bear and Goldie (Goldilocks) show up frequently. The only criticism is that they combine Christmas and Chanukah. I liked the Halloween poem best.
