This is the workbook in the series. I used it when I was being coached and trained at the same time. I have used it with several clients. I like the information and the topics, I sometimes feel the format boxes people in. I like to use it as a springboard for coaching clients and add to it.
Reading for the second time...BUT... this time.... I’m reading for intention, & this time and I’m finding that the purpose partner conversations and the person I chose has been illuminating and extremely beneficial. Coming in and out of the book from group to conversations with others has taught me a lot about myself and caused me to see my strengths & weaknesses differently and with less judgment.
