I liked the story plot, didn't really enjoying the theater details.
Two best friends found the new love in another city somehow is cute.
There's family drama (a small portion, not much) added to the story, but I liked the chemistry between the two MC.
This is one of those light, little angst read you need after reading a hard angst book.
So, try this!

New York is an exciting place for many reasons, and the theater, with potential fame and fortune for those who “make it” is one aspect of its allure. It is not a side of New York I am very familiar with, but it made this story of Nick moving there to realize his dreams even more interesting. I got to see his struggles with setting up his own theater, from finding a location to choosing a play and actors, as well as his wonder at finally experiencing the insane rush it must be to live in the fast ...more

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

I really enjoyed the plot and the characters in this book. We get to meet two friends who have the opportunity to fulfil their dream thanks to a generous inheritance. It is fun and interesting - and gives us just enough on the people for them to come alive.

As the story moves forward and the dream becomes reality, Nick works hard to get over his broken heart and move forward with Ross. It was great to watch them, and to

The title of the book was quite fitting – the premise is a young man (Nick) and his best friend (Barb) use Nick’s inheritance money to move from San Francisco to New York City to create and open their own theater… right out of college. Along the way, both fall in love and open their theater to great success and drama.

This was an ok read – the story was easy to read, the characters were just ok, and the overall premise and plot was somewhat boring. Perhaps it has to do with the completely unreali

It was great to watch them, and to share in Ross's showing him the hidden NY. All the theatre elements worked well too, and are a great stage (pun intended) for this romance.
