Quality introduction for school administrators regarding educating English learners (ELs). For someone with training or experience teaching ELs, the book may seem quite basic. However, it serves as a guide for which topics are most important when providing professional learning to others about educating ELs. The "Grab and Go" sections at the end of each chapter and the professional development guide at the end of the book are especially useful.
