Have you ever wished that you could have a stronger memory? Have you feared losing your memory as you age? Have you ever wished you could recall things simply and easily to increase your productivity? Or maybe you just want to remember where you put your keys at night?
If you want to accomplish any or all of those things, try “Memory Hacks.”
We’ve all had one of those days. “Where did I leave my keys? What did I need at the store? When was that appointment? What did I need at the grocery store?” We all have wished at one point or another that we didn’t need to ask ourselves these questions only to get no answer.
Sometimes, it seems like our memory is slipping away right before our very eyes. It can be frustrating to walk into a room only to forget what you were doing. It can create anxiety to have someone verbally give you directions only to forget them halfway through. You say to yourself, “There has to be a better way!” and there is!

I enjoyed the 15 memory hacks that were in this book. Though I did have a couple of favorites.
My all-time favorite was the memory hack that used acupressure points. Not only did it help with my memory but it felt heavenly. You start by sitting down relaxing and then using your fingers gently press and draw circles. You will start underneath your ears, move up to your cheeks, then over to your temples and then finally move up to your forehead. Then you start all over but go backward starting at your forehead and ending just under your ears. This is so relaxing and feels so good. Do this set about 3 times and then concentrate on what you are trying to remember. It was amazing how much more I could remember with this method.
I also really liked the one where you take your cluttered brain (thoughts) and separate each one into a piece of a pie that has been cut into wedges. Then you pick up the piece that you need to remember and really look at it, memorize it, smell it, feel it, and see yourself remembering it for a very long time.
This book was a good read. There are many good memory hacks in it. But I am not going to give away any more. You will need to read the book to find out about the others.
