Nursing textbook

Nursing textbook. Good information on evidence based research. A bit confusing and overwhelming at times.
Good enough for class, but needed to supplement with additional books and outside information.

I hope I never have to pick up this monstrosity again. Nursing Research has, siglehandedly, made me reconsider an MSN program.
