I loved this book. I used this to plan a three day trip to Joshua Tree National Park. It was very easy to follow and the maps in the back are great. A must have for anyone planning to hike in Joshua Tree National Park.

I've been to Joshua tree many times, and have done the standard hikes many times. You get to the point where you feel like you've seen everything. But you haven't. You're just ready to move on to the more interesting stuff. The more interesting stuff all seems to be described in this book.

A lot of good info, I read it before going on a camping trip to Jtree and it helped a lot. Went on a great hike thru the Wonderland of Rocks
