Mountain Of Evil -- Novella
Samantha A cole
5 stars -- although she is killing me

This cliffhanger and scandalous release from Samantha has us building a bridge between the Trident and Omega team of Trident Security. In the Trident series we meet our Omega team briefly but push further in depth with these characters in Mountain Of Evil -- Which I'm pretty sure Samantha was laughing when she titled this book because evil she is ...

Another awesome fast-paced book by Samantha A Cole. Mountain of Evil once again showcases her dedication to research and her law enforcement background. She effortlessly weaves together a story bringing together teams from all different law enforcement and military backgrounds. It's fast-paced and mission-oriented without feeling overly technical.

In past Trident novels,  we've met the Omega members as they've been hired and begun their training, in MOE we are treated to an up, close and persona

Trident Security is growing and they have added another team to their growing group, Omega Team. Yet a training exercise goes into a hunt for a missing woman who has vanished during a hike and no trace of her is found.

Will the six men and one woman be able to work together to find Mallory Hart in time or have Ian and Devon Sawyer picked the wrong group of people to work together given their varied backgrounds?

This was a great introduction to the new Omega Team and I am so excited that the author

This book was written as kind of a prequel for the new Trident Security Omega team. I am so excited for the series to continue. This story was amazing and I loved the team building and the banter and coming together that this training exercise turned mission gave this team.. Samantha is an amazing writer and if you are new to her books, dive in and start binge reading because they are full of more than just romance. Once again Samantha Cole has blown me away with her writing. I have said this everytime she releases a new book and I will say it again, I loved Mountain of Evil.
Samantha merges two teams together, Omega and Trident Security. These two teams form one hell of a team. A unique group men and women who have fought for their country. Now they are brought togethor in gripping storyline that will leave you begging for more. But don't we always beg Sam for more..We hate to see the very last page in her

This book was fantastic! Omega, a recently formed team as a branch of Trident Security consisting of seven highly trained operatives, heads on a training mission in the mountains. Along the way they are called upon to help with a dangerous situation. As with books about the Trident Team, we are now introduced to the Omega team. I enjoyed their banter and learning a little about who they are and where they came from. An added bonus is the Trident Team is mentioned so we get to follow up with them ...more

This novella is introducing us to the Trident Security Omega Team. They are seven of the 'Best of the Best'. In this book we get to know who they are, an insight into their backgrounds and their strengths. I'm really looking forwarded to getting to know these team members more in depth in future books.

On a training mission they are dropped by helicopter to a remote are of the Rocky Mountains and the objective is for them to work as a team to hike out of there.

While there they are notified that t

Truly suspenseful with amazing romance. Finally, we find out who the Kink Killer is and boy I did not see that coming. With true Samantha A. Cole style, she rights another romance that makes you wish these boys of Omega Team and the rest of Trident Security Team were yours. There is definitely no way that I could choose but I must say Logan stole my heart with all he has to overcome and the fact that he feels he could never settle down because of the trauma he has been through. However, he finds ...more

What can I say? Samantha Cole has done it again! This is an amazing novella introducing us to the members of the Omega Team of Trident Security in depth for the first time. It is truly the beginning of the Omega Team's story. It's thrilling and will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.

The seven men and women comprising the Omega Team of Trident Security are ready for their final shakedown mission to determine if they're ready to operate on their own. They've been training tog

4 I’ve got your six stars

I have been a huge fan of the Trident Security series from that very 1st book, and so many in, there isn’t a single story, where I don’t say to myself “this woman is insane and yet fricken amazing “, just when I think she can’t get any better, tada another book comes out and I’m left with my mouth open – again!

I’m always a little nervous when an author announces a spin off series from one that I already adore, with the main focus on a new cast of characters. I’m happy to say that I was thrilled with Samantha A Cole’s Mountain of Evil. I can already tell that I am going to love the Omega Team.

Almost ready to start handling cases on their own, Trident’s new Omega Team just has to make it through one final team building test . . . finding their way as a team out of the Rockies after being dropped in by h

Drum roll please…Samantha A Cole has unveiled a new spin-off series to the Trident Security series. This totally has me excited because that means that there are more chances for hot alpha, dominant men and suspenseful stories that I’ve come to know and love. Samantha A Cole has become one of my very favorite authors and is an auto-buy for me.

This new series is about the Trident Omega team which is composed of 6 men and 1 woman. Their boss, Ian comes along as well as wife Angie, for their final

MOUNTAIN OF EVIL is the first book featuring the new Omega Team from Trident Security. While this is a new series and does stand on its own, I believe it is best if you have read the Trident Security series as well, so that you are familiar with the bosses and their ladies.

So much work, they need another team to keep up with the demand! The bosses at Trident Security have set up a test for them on a mountain in Colorado. What started as a training exercise, becomes all too real for them and a yo

This is a chance to get to know more about the new Trident Team members, it gives some insight into their pasts and how they ended up applying to join Trident. It doesn't centre on any one character this time it is more general team and how they are working and getting to know each other on their final training exercise. It also doesn't go smoothly, WHAT? you cant be surprised by that comment surely. We have action and some violence in this fast paced read, I enjoyed getting to know a bit more a ...more

What an absolutely brilliant introduction to the Omega team.

You always knows you’re going to get a great book from Samantha, her writing is second to none and all of her books just develop right in front of your eyes. Little imagination is needed as it’s all there for you to read and Mountain of Evil is no exception.

This book might be a novella and an intro to the Omega guys but this is one action packed roller coaster of a book. Man, my heart pounded throughout it. I was gripped from the start

Now this is how a series should start! The author has given readers a prequel story that gives you the backstory to the main characters of the series, as well as, giving you a story or glimpse of the type of stories that will follow as the series unfolds.

Mountain of Evil is about the new members of Omega Team, a hand picked group of men and women that will make up the new branch of Trident Security. Of course we also get to catch up with the sexy men of Trident Security and BDSM Club, The Covena

I didn't know what to expect with this book. It is a prequel to a spin off of the Trident Security series. This book is not one with a HEA but it is a background book.

I loved it. While we have seen each of the the characters in other books we didn't have a good sense of who they were until now. Mountain of Evil takes each characters and gives a brief look into where they are coming from, gives us some of the most pressing issues, and shows us where we are likely to go. Ian & Devon Sawyer have built Trident Security into a first class PI and military agency. Business is so good they are
having to add a second team.

In MOE, a prequel to the Omega Team series, we get a concise, well thought out book. I already feel as if I know the new players and I have to say I’m loving these new characters.

This is another great Samantha A. Cole book -- fast-paced, thrilling, sexy and full of fantastic characters. I enjoyed meeting a bunch of new characters in the Trident universe and hope to read about all of them in the future.

The story is the ultimate case of "in the right place, at the right time". While out on a survival mission, our sexy, resourceful heroes work together to save the day by tracking down a missing local hiker and bring to justice the crazy bad guys.

Ms. Cole's sensational novella introducing us to the Omega team of Trident Security, the uber elite. Off on a training missing in the rugged mtns, they are dropped into a S&R for a missing hiker, which ends up being a hostage rescue/hiker mission.
