Managing yourself is an incredible book on how to control emotions and lead life in a detached way but at the same time being involved ..be it in offical or personal projects/ relationships..

this book has been one of the early proponents of Gita philosophy of execution without emotions/expectations..

to sump up..a path breaking effort to increase one's personal and professional effectiveness..

the key take away from the book is how to convert negative emotions to positive ones to attain balance and enrich one's lives..
