I’ve been reading this book for the last several weeks. Just reading a couple of letters at a time as I sit at my daughter, Ariana’s grave. I found that reading the experience of these other fathers who lost children has helped me enter my own place of grief and face my own emotions. There weren’t any groundbreaking pieces of wisdom or advice, just a community of fathers, bonded by a horrible loss, coming together to let you know that you aren’t alone.
