I love this book. my copy is at least 20 years old, seeing as how I am 20. I'm not very religious but it's a beautiful collection of 'stories' and it's very near and dear to me.

I like the re-worded Christian Mother Goose rhymes but the drawings are quite lacking. Besides, there are no brunettes in this book at all, only blond and redheads. Most of us are either blondes or redheads when we are babies but why omit the brunette.
