Because this book was published before "Perry" and "Windsor," at least for the same-sex marriage topic, it is a bit outdated. That said, the book provides a lot of good exercises for someone taking Family Law. While my professor did not cover all these topics, and she also covered topics not addressed in this book, there was a great deal of overlap.
