I read this book most recently 36 years ago...
The whole first chapter is about Rabbits cleaning his car and snacking.
(his name is plural cuz he likes snacks)
I remember the pictures of rabbits and his groundhog buddy drivin the yellow bug around witht eh busted head light... was there a villain named MINK MUMSEY ? i think he aslo had a car.
