Many scientists and inventors contributed to the understanding of robotics and their development in the modern age. This work presents biographies of the men and women, from Jacques de Vaucanson to Grey Walter to Joseph Engelberger, who were and are the leaders in bringing about this change through research and new technologies.
My 9 year old son and I read the first 3 chapters for our schooling, and loved the things we learned from those chapters. It is a bit dense for an elementary student, but when read with a parent who can explain a few things, it was very informative.
This book is so descriptive. It tells about many types of robots and biographies about them. The book can be used for reading and fro research purposes. The book would be better like by boys. This book is very interesting for people who are into electronics.
