I think Saxon Math is great! Each child is different though. So what's right for one child is not right for another. I wish I could have done Saxon Math growing up.

The Saxon Math series is highly repetitive so the lessons get drilled in. (A plus for some and strike out for other children). It is also all inclusive in that they cover money, measurement, and time. It is a very easy math program to implement for parents. I find that my children needed very little, if any help, with their math lesson.
