This is the first time reading from this author. I thought the writing was done beautifully.
The sweet love story between a man selling his house (Rhy) and his realtor (Mason). The two characters have an instant connection. Rhy is a natural flirt and has no problem showing how he really feels. I really liked Rhy, he was always set on what he wanted and I could really feel his emotions. Mason was a little more

This was a short, sweet read that I really enjoyed. Both Rhy and Mason were great characters and the chemistry between the two was really great. Although short and it ended kind of abruptly it was a great story with enough steamy hotness to melt the pages. I'm looking forward to book #2. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. ...more

Mason is a realtor and Rhys the owner of a gorgeous, but isolated cabin. They have all the ingredients for an idyllic snowed-in love story, but don’t quite get there, in part because the novella takes on a lot of serious issues in a very compressed space, and seems deeply torn between lighthearted instalove and a more complicated, darker story about navigating a relationship in the light of family-inflicted trauma. Mason keeps reiterating that he can’t have a physical relationship with Rhys beca ...more

This was my first book by these authors and I am interested in reading more. This was a short yet sweet book. I thought that this was a great start to a series. Mason and Rhy are great together. I loved the connection and the chemistry between these two. Mason is very sensitive and wears his heart on his sleeve. Rhy had a rough (putting it lightly) up bringing and seems to be still healing from it. These two seem to equal each other and support each other very well. I really liked how Rhy finall ...more

An easy read that provides the promise of an enjoyable series to come

This is the first book in the series. The two main characters meet and form an instant interaction. They are also stuck together due to a snowstorm. However, they can't date as they need to keep their relationship professional. Despite Rhy trying to convince Mason to start dating, Mason doesn't budge (it is difficult for Mason to do this). However, they do make it in the end. The story continues in the second book. The first bo

This was a sweet, endearing M/M love story. I enjoyed it and found it to be a quick read. The characters were sweet and awe inducing. They were also stubborn and a little stuck in their ways. The story ended well but felt like things were left open ended. It was a sweet read.

I give this a four out of five stars.

Kissing a Fool is a sweet story. This my first time reading a story of Felix Brooks and Andrea Stalling. I want more. Mason and Ryan were a perfect fit. The chemistry between them was great. I just wished it was a little bit longer. But all in all a great book.

Delightful story about two sexy but sweet guys. A couple of editing errors but not enough to interfere with the flow of the story. Light read that is fun.

First thing to say is that when you are done reading this, you have to read the Epilogue Extra. Even HOTTER then the book. This is another love a first site book. Lots of information given about each of the guys in a very small amount of time. I really like this book. The emotion and falling fast in love makes it great. The caring for each other even if the world isn't ready is what is share in this book. I do hope that the author(s) do a follow up with this book. Would like to see it very much. ...more

Mason was so dang cute. He tried so hard to fight his attraction to Rhy and be professional, but Rhy's charms proved to be too much for Mason. Rhy was hiring Mason to be his real estate agent, but a snowstorm stranded Mason at his cabin during their first meeting. While there was attraction, the guys got to know each other and become friends before advancing their relationship. I liked watching them get to know each

This is a sweet novella about Mason, a real estate agent and Rhy who needs to sell his home.

The story started out strong and then halfway through Mason starts talking like he's 16 years old. Rhy broke down way to soon. It felt forced just to have the two characters come together.

“His stomach rumbled, and suddenly he realized how hungry he was. His activities with Rhy the night before must have burned a lot of calories. Hehehe.” -Mason

I wanted to like this. I liked the premise, but the execution didn't work for me. it was definitely insta-love with no build up, which I'm not a fan of.

will likely skip these authors next time around.

Kissing a Fool is a cute, sweet story that is great for a quick read. Mason was adorable, sweet, and optimistic, while Rhy was more wary due to his past. He was also caring and persistent. Things moved quickly (this is definitely an insta-love romance) but it felt more natural than a lot of other similar types of books I have read in the past. There was a lot of chemistry between Mason and Rhy. There is a lot of potential here with Rhy’s backstory and Mason’s predicament with his mom and work, s ...more

✨✨✨✨4 Kissing for Love Stars✨✨✨✨

This is my second book by author Andrea Dalling and Kissing a Fool was a terrific, quick and sweet story! The intense sexual chemistry between Mason and Rhy was very evident right away and even though this book is only around 70 pages, this writing duo did not skimp on the steam! Loved the romantic ending too!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

A very sweet novella that will warm you from head to toe!!! Two men meet with so much electric passion that they are in love in a matter of hours... Mason is the real estate agent who Rhy has hired to sell his mountain home. It's hard to deny their feelings, but Mason's mother the owner of the agency has a strict rule that keeps any agent from dating a client.. They are snowed in over the weekend together at Rhy's home and had an amazing time together which only makes it harder for them to part ...more

Short and Sweet.

This is a sweet story, a little short and just a little cliche. There's only so many ways you can write about being trapped together in a snow storm. That said, if you have an hour to fill, there are worse things you could be doing.

Love, love, love this! Super cute short story. I was able to read the whole thing in one sitting over coffee in the morning. I love the chemistry between Mason and Rhy. The backstories and the characters were well developed, especially for a short story. Within pages I had fallen in love with these two characters. I can't wait to see what book 2 brings.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Really enjoyed this story, but think it could have been longer. It felt a bit rushed. I would have liked to see the story and main characters developed more over some space of time instead of just a few days. I think if that would have happened, I would be giving this book a 5 star instead of 4. But all in all, still enjoyed it :)

Kissing a Fool by Andrea Dalling is a cute low angst story about Mason and Rhy. Rhy's needs to sell him and his grandfather's home now that his grandfather has passed away. The cabin is in too remote of a location for Rhy to live by himself, and so he wants to sell it and move closer to town. Mason has been selling real estate for four months now and was picked by Rhy because of his cute profile picture. When Rhy has Mason up to the cabin to see it, it is just before a big snowstorm is supposed ...more

Rhy needs to sell the house that his grandfather left to him and Mason is the gorgeous estate agent sent to put it on the market. Unfortunately Mason works for his mum and she has a strict rule against dating clients. The weather conspires to keep Mason stranded in the cabin for the weekend and he finds himself falling for Rhy. He argues that they cannot be a couple until after the sale goes through so will they find a solution without tearing each other apart?
