The content is very practical and easy to apply in the counseling setting. However, there are many typos and repeated paragraphs, as if it was not edited. This can ben quite distracting at times.

Incredible introduction to the concept of PTSD and trauma! It wasn't as strong on addressing grief outside of trauma, but this is a great introductory resource for clinicians and laypeople alike. It even has some practices and such for clinicians to start studying!

It was a good overview and resource to grab when working with patients. But there were a lot of typos and repeated paragraphs. Not sure someone edited it or proofread it before hand. It got a little distracting.
