With the sudden trend of upcycling..

Decoupage is an easy way to decorate and adorn unloved items and make them beautiful again.

Decoupage Your Home is a book that is filled with over 50 projects to inspire and teach. I loved the Window Lace project and along with simple instructions and some glue and paper, many of the ideas in this fabulous little book are easy to achieve.

Of course, it’s not just using paper, you can Decoupage with almost anything, fabric, paper napkins and even adding bead embellishments can make the most ugly of items restored and re-loved. Glass, wood and tiles can be covered with products and colors of your choice and changed beyond recognition. You can even make lampshades……

There is something for everyone in this book and even complete beginners can feel accomplished by their efforts.

I love this book. It is beautiful, colorful and most of all practical.

Decoupage is a craft that can be an inexpensive way to jazz up your home in a completely personal and unique way.

Good book for the artist in us all. I'm going to try a project or two from this book when I have time.
