Always Albert hopes for rain. On rainy days Mrs. Crabtree takes him with her for taxi rides. So much better than walks.

Mrs. Crabtree, Albert's owner, takes taxis whenever it rains or when it is near Christmas and she has too many shopping bags to carry. Albert enjoys other things, but nothing as much as taxi rides. Then, one day Albert jumps into a taxi by himself. On this adventure, he meets many interesting people and ideas.

Albert liked taxis so much he sneaked into one and went on a mini adventure. Very cute story.
