There’s a shift of power happening in Hell, and nothing will ever be the same.

Kerr has been with high demon Horatio’s household since his age of majority. A natural submissive pleasure demon, for the last seven years he has been untouched by his master Horatio and his job has morphed into a more managerial role. Still, it’s a shock when goons from Master Belial’s house arr

A Joyfully Jay review.

Once You Go Demon is a raunchy romp through the sexual adventures of five demons, and is heavy on the sex and the submission. The word “boy” is used a lot, as well as “slut,” so if that’s something you’re not a fan of, this might not be the book for you. There’s also a scene of forced submission that didn’t quite sit well with me, as the phrasing used by Belial implies that since Horatio wasn’t able to fight him off, he must really have wanted Belial to fuck him

Card-game playing demons who end up losing their freedom, a submissive who has been trained but never used and refuses to knuckle under when he is sold, and a demon who thought himself a Master (except he isn’t) – now that I had to see. In a version of Hell that feels rather modern and is well-managed, few things go as expected by the characters, but that means I was well entertained reading about their exploits and the twists and turns they encounter as their circumstances change. If you're into very strong, M/M BDSM of the Paranormal kind, then this story is for you. I'd say it's actually two good stories in one.
First, there's Kerr, a submissive pleasure Demon who has not been used by his Master, Horatio, as he was trained to be and doesn't know why. Kerr finds himself being taken to the House of another Demon Master because his Master lost him in a card game. In the new House, he has hopes that he might finally be used both to give and receive pleasure.
Second, Horatio

The Book Junkie Reads . . .
My first read by this author and I was just amazed at the details in this one. The two interconnecting stories made for a complete pleasure of the senses. The struggle to deal. The struggle to accept. The desire to give in. The battle with one’s self to give in. The players all had a role and executed them flawlessly. I will have to keep up with the author. I have found a very good writer of gay romance and the paranormal side was well integrated. The passion, sexy, connections, understanding, a ...more

I usually enjoy stories by this author. This one just didn't work for me. I think it was the quick turnaround of characters with almost no effort and not enough "story" for me, just lots of sex. Now I know this is usual for this author as far as the sex but I really didn't see or feel anything beyond that. I wanted more to the story and there just wasn't.

Well, not really my book it seems.
I will not go into everything that was wrong for me, because it was mostly my personal preferences that got into my way of enjoying this book. Not really big issues, but a lot of irritating smaller things.

Review written for Love Bytes Reviews.

Let me start off by saying that if you don’t enjoy BDSM or a lot of sex in your books, this is not the read for you. Lol This book is pure sex; hot, unapologetic and sometimes filthy sex, sometimes between more than two men at a time. Once Upon a Demon takes place in a version of hell where all the demons are sorted into either a higher class (dominants) or a lower one (submissives) and follows two storylines within the same household.

You first meet Kerr, a

The story of houshold manager Kerr, slave master Ceris and fashion designer Harmony could have been good. But after awhile they didn't seem to be MCs any more.

It would have been better if the author deleted all 382 "boy" and most of the "slut"; concentrated on one set of MC; warned about forced submission.

Excellent bdsm

Really one of the best from this author. Two separate but interconnected stories about trust and need, masters and subs. Full of kinky sex and demons finding their true selves.

Hot, hot, hot!

This book was amazingly hot! Both Harmony's and Lem's submission were beautiful to read. I liked the world these demons live in and the potential for more. I think that I now have a new favorite Sean Michael book.

Often referred to as "Space Cowboy" and "Gangsta of Love" while still striving for the moniker of "Maurice," Sean Michael spends his days surfing, smutting, organizing his immense gourd collection and fantasizing about one day retiring on a small secluded island peopled entirely by horseshoe crabs. While collecting vast amounts of vintage gay pulp novels and mood rings, Sean whiles away the hours ...more
