Robert

Robert and the Great Pepperoni

Rate this book
Robert took pictures of Pepperoni sitting, standing, lying down, sleeping, and eating. He took pictures of Pepperoni on his bed, in the yard, and under the coffee table in the living room.

Finally, feeling tired and silly, he started dressing Pepperoni up for the last few pictures. Charlie walked by and joined in. First Pepperoni wore Charlie's Yankees baseball cap and then he wore Robert's earmuffs. Next they put Mom's sunglasses on him and dressed him in Dad's barbecue apron and chef's hat. They laughed until their sides were sore.

Robert wants a dog and discovers how hard it is when he takes in a stray. This is a humorous book with a dog and is a 3rd reading level.

Robert wants a dog more than anything. He brings one home and finds it fun and difficult to train and look after him. The ending wasn't perfect, but the book is good.
