Whether you have just found out about your diabetes or have been diabetic for a while, you can use some of the info in this book. However I doubt you will overcome your diabetes with just the info in this book. This book is a quick read with basic info. I even took some notes.

A lot of good advice from many different sources. Excellent book for diabetics, pre-diabetics, and their caregivers. And as always, check with your physician first.

This book was more about how to prevent getting diabetes in the first place rather and then how to live well with it rather than getting rid of it once diabetes is part of your life.
