"We're Only Human", a book by Gretchen Davies. In her story, she uses three different scenarios which unwittingly interconnect in Romania. The characters are each in a stressful life event which God uses to bring salvation, faith, and healing in miraculous ways.
I enjoyed this book immensely and could hardly put it down.

She was right about summary

Wow. I thank God that my mother found the path to our Creator when I was young; which gave me a clear direction to Him for myself. This shows how much evil really exists in our world, and I pray I never meet it face to face!
