This book was absolutely fantastic and will have you enthralled from the beginning until the end and the storyline flowed throughout the book and you will definitely fall in love with the characters. Jennifer La Croix was with Dino but he didn't want to be in a relationship, but when a delivery goes missing for the museum she's used as an escape goat by her boss,but now she's a wanted person can she keep her and her daughter safe?Dino gas never stopped or forgot the one woman he has ever loved but when his best friend Ethan calls him and telling him Jen needs help will he do it? This book was absolutely fantastic and will have you believe in second chances at love.

Mission Control by Desiree Holt is a fantastic quick read, a great choice for those with limited time for reading. Ms Holt has penned a well-written book and filled it with amazing characters. Krista and Mason's story is full of action, suspense, humor and smokin' hot sexy bits. I loved this book from cover to cover and look forward to my next book by Desiree Holt. Mission Control is book 2 of the Omega Team Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Interesting addition to the series!

This was an interesting story to add to the Omega Team series. I enjoyed the characters and their explosive chemistry. My only issue with this series is that the stories are too short! I would like a bit more development and build up to their HEA.

Disappointing!This was a good story but was really, really short. I would have liked it longer and not such an abrupt ending. There is excitement, suspense and sex but not a reall romance. I couldn’t connect with Kris & Mason.

Nice novella

Kris and Jason's story was a good novella, with an interesting storyline, having a woman team leader, a good quick read!

This was actually a really good read, the setup was done very nicely as was the background information on both Mason and Kris. It was great having multiple POVs, including the bad guys. The sexual tension and chemistry between Mason and Kris was pretty hot as well. What disappointed me was the execution of the entire setup of the book, we get this great story line and then BOOM, there's a five second shoot out scene, from there it jumps to Kris getting shot and being flown to the hospital, then its three weeks later and Mason and Kris have gone from not wanting any kind of relationship to discussing marriage! Its like the author just wanted to hurry up and finish the book so she rushed the ending...that just sucked!

The Omega Team is well and truly established and ranch owner Mason needs their services as smugglers are using his land to transport people and drugs over the border. Kris leads the team assigned to his ranch. Much to Mason's surprise, he knows Kris intimately from a night of passion they shared together. Kris and Mason still feel the electricity between them but Kris is determined to ignore her feelings for him and concentrate on the job at hand.

There was a great build-up in the plot to get the reader to the end result and you could feel the tension between Kris and Mason. I did feel that the ending was slightly rushed after a superb build-up. This series is evolving well with each instalment.

Second Omega Team novella. This one is not as strong as the first, Raw Edge of Danger. Kris Gauthier is a former NightStalker and team leader for Grey Holden's Omega Team. Rancher and veteran Mason Rowell has found that border crossing coyotes are using his land to access the US and needs help when two of his men are killed.

Kris and Mason had a one-night, very hot no-name stand a year before and he is floored by her appearance as the team leader. They have plenty of awkward moments and heated looks and that is the weak part of the story. This one could have been longer and a little less prosaic but still OK.

3.5 stars. Mason and Kris had one steamy night a year ago where no names were exchanged but one neither has forgotten. Mason calls in the Omega Team to help with drug and people smugglers using his land to cross from Mexico and is surprised whent the team leader is none other than the woman from a year ago. The story is filled with plenty of sexual tension and a suspenseful build up toktok confronting the cartel. Unfortunately the story felt a little rushed in its climax but was still a really good read with good characters and a fast paced storyline.

Good read

This is the 2nd book in the Omega Team Series and just as good as the first. Strong heroine, hot, cowboy Alpha, action, and hot sex. Can't wait read the third book!
