I borrowed this book once before. I checked it out again to see if i can gain some helpful tips. Last time i was irked that it didn;t have exactly what i was looking for. I think i rated it a bit harshly, so i am re-rating it. I think this is a book that you really have to select certain things and work at it then revisit the book and go to the next section and do the same over again until you find what you are looking for. It seems to be that type of book. It has a lot of information in it.
Very good illustrations using actuarial pictures of people doing each exercise. Excellent text explaining how to do each exercise.
What is does not have:
This was written for someone in a weight training facility. If you want to use it at home it just does not do the job. It assumes you are around weight training equipment that you would not have at home. I think that limits your use as you usually have help in a gym and don't need a book.
