This book explains about totem pole and American Indian culture and tells stories about crew of Captain Roberts, and some old tales of Indian culture.
This book gives detailed illustration of the culture and life of Indian village in text. Story is written in easier terms to understand, yet might be too difficult for younger students.
I liked this book because of the detailed illustration brings me into Indian village, and stories are very foreign yet interesting.
This book uses easy languages but yet it might be difficult to get attention of younger audiences. Text is narrative and does not draw audience in perspective much.
