It’s really well written and most all the ingredients are easily accessible in average sized, city supermarkets. I really love how they give you tips for using up part of an ingredient (say, half an avocado or grapefruit) and a lot of the recipes are budget conscious. Finally, I really like how they break out each chapter. Per chapter, there are a few meal prep ideas that work for an entire week and a few meals you can create on your day off, if you just wanna’ hang out in the kitchen.
"A Simple Guide" should assume that things won't require me to go to specialty ingredient stores or spend a 100 years preparing for a recipe. Also 100% not into the poorly written instructions
